  • The 62GB miniature bayonet connector series offers designers important features not found in any other range of connectors. They are developed and manufactured entirely in the U.K. 62GB connectors have been well established globally on both industrial military communication projects, including Europe, Canada and India. 162GB Series crimp connectors share many of the features of 62GB solder connectors. Coupling is achieved with a triple-track bayonet locking system which gives positive alignment on all shell sizes. When connector halves are fully mated, there is a definite click. Inspection holes in the coupling ring will then reveal the bayonet pins on the receptacle which are clearly marked in yellow. The Amphenol design means simplified removal of coupling rings for servicing or replacement as they are front demountable.  In addition, there is a rough grip, heavy-duty style, for arduous conditions and a lever coupling ring which allows extremely close mounting of connectors. The method of sealing is the same as for 62GB connectors; using peripheral seals on the rubber inserts and sealing the mating shells with a square section gasket. Wire sealing is by multiple risers in the rear grommet.

  • The RNJ rack and panel connectors are used to connect electrical or optical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel), without any coupling / uncoupling system. The locking of the mated pair is ensured by the mechanical device of the rack. These connectors with realignment capability were designed for harsh environment in term of sealing, shock, vibration, and EMI protection. The RNJ connectors are HE308 qualified.

  • The RNJLP rack and panel connectors are designed to connect electrical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel). The locking of the mating pair is ensured by the mechanical device of the rack. These connectors with realignment capability were designed for harsh environment, with a low profile design allowing a short distance between the two panels. This is a big benefit for the systems where space is an issue. RNJLP are primarily designed for avionic/military and advanced industrial applications.

  • The SC39 connectors offer a new connecting solution, particularly for applications which required a fast and easy connection/disconnection. The innovation lay in the mating system. It consists in a circular spring trapped in the receptacle which keeps the plug mated. The SC39, without any rotating ring or moving parts, ensures a high reliability. The SC39 connectors are designed for numerous applications: - Emergency disconnect (door systems, ejection seat, missile launcher..) - Quick-easy installation (communication systems, radar antenna, shelters...) - Lanyard applications (missiles, launch station, ejection seat, jumpers) - Space constraints (future soldiers, radio-station, ground vehicles...)

  • The Stingray product series has been optimised for body-worn applications. This series offers low profile, compact, sealed connectors that withstand exposure to rain, dust, dirt and chemicals. The product features a magnetic, non-keyed mating system which allows the connector to be easily mated without the need for pre-alignment and eliminates the need to operate any coupling mechanisms. Stingray has been optimised for USB 2.0 & Ethernet protocols, and is an excellent solution for audio, power or data signals. The low profile Stingray connector sits flat against the body to prevent snagging & damage, is self-aligning due to the strong magnetic connection, and allows customisation and flexibility of cable routing.
