The HiDT has redefined the industry standard for compact splice tray mounted passive multi-component modules. HiDT tray modules are designed to integrate directly onto the All Systems Broadband Universal Splice/Component Tray (UST) with no intermediate mounting fixtures. The HiDT housing allows for up to 14 fiber ports, all exiting one end of the package. The MCX (Micro Coaxial) series is a great option where weight and physical space are limited. The MCX provides broadband capability through 6 GHz in a snap-on connector design. A range of connectors are available, including printed circuit board and cable connectors. Typical applications include automotive, wireless LAN, broadband and wireless infrastructure markets. MCX connectors conform to the European CECC 22000 spec.
Amphenol's Mini-SMB 75 Ohm product series provides broadband capability through 2 GHz. Its snap-on design offers a quick connect/disconnect and utilizes die cast components in non-critical areas to provide a low-cost solution.
Mini-UHF is a miniature version of the UHF connectors that were developed for use in the radio industry. Mini-UHF connectors are designed as coaxial interconnects for applications where size, weight, and cost factors are critical. With a miniature 3/8-24 thread size, these connectors provide excellent RF performance for applications up to 2.5 GHz. Mini-UHF connectors terminate to RG-58, RG-58A, RG-58B, RG-58C, and Belden 9258 cables. Crimp-type cable plugs and jacks are available as well as panel and PCB receptacles.
The MMCX (Micro-Miniature Coaxial) product series is a micro-miniature version of the MCX. It has the all features of the MCX series, including 50 Ω impedance with a broadband capability of DC to 6 GHz and secure, fast and easy snap-on/ snap-off coupling, and a wide range of available connectors. However, MMCX connectors have a smaller footprint than the MCX series.
MMCX is a micro-miniature connector series with a fast and easy snap-lock mechanism allowing for 360-degree rotation. MMCX connectors conform to the European CECC 22000 specification. These 50 Ω connectors offer all of the same features of theMCX series with broadband capability of DC to 6 GHz. A range of connectors is available including surface mount, edge card, and cable connectors. Common applications include broadband, instrumentation and telecommunications.
N-Type connectors, adapters, and cable assemblies are designed to satisfy the need for a durable, weatherproof, medium-size RF products with consistent performance through 11 GHz. Our N-Type connecters feature threaded coupling mechanisms and are fully interchangeable with N-Type connectors made to the MIL-C-39012 specification. These connectors are used in all systems where excellent RF and mechanical performance is critical.

The QMA is a quick disconnect version of the SMA connector. The electrical performance of the QMA includes low loss RF performance up to 18 GHz. The QMA connector offers the same high power handling capability as the SMA connector it is based on.
Amphenol RF’s QN connector is a quick disconnect version of the N-Type connector with similar internal construction, which enables fast and easy matings with minimum space requirements. The snap-on interface makes the QN connector 10 times faster than a threaded connector. Common applications include base atations and cable assemblies.
Developed in the 1960's, the SMB (sub-miniature) interface features a snap-on coupling mechanism and is available in 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm configurations. SMB products offer broadband performance with low reflection DC to 10 GHz and utilize die cast components on non-critical areas to provide a low-cost solution. Amphenol RF's SMB connectors conform to the requirements of MIL-C-39012, and the interface is in compliance with MIL-STD-348.
The SMC interface features threaded coupling with 10-32 threads and is available in 50 and 75 Ohm configurations. SMC connectors offer broadband performance with low reflection DC to 10 GHz and are primarily used in telecommunications and instrumentation applications.
SMZ connectors feature the 75 Ohm impedance and are ideal for instrumentation applications.
Developed in the late 1950s, the TNC stands for Threaded Neill Concelman and is named after Amphenol engineer Carl Concelman. Designed as a threaded version of the BNC, the TNC connector series features screw threads for mating. TNC connectors are miniature, threaded weatherproof series with a constant 50 Ω impedance and a frequency range of DC - 11 GHz. There are two types of TNC connectors: Standard and Reverse Polarity.
Originally intended for use as a video connector in radar applications, UHF coaxial connectors are general purpose units developed for use in low-frequency systems from 0.6 - 300 MHz.
